1. Service Agreement

By creating an account with StockPulse, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing the use of our Point of Sale (POS) system.

2. Pricing & Payment

• SaaS Subscription (Recommended): Monthly recurring billing at the displayed rate
• One-Time License: Lifetime license with mandatory annual maintenance (15% of license price)
• All prices are displayed in your selected currency and are subject to applicable taxes
• Payment arrangements will be coordinated by our team via email
• Trial period: 14 days for all plans

3. Service Delivery

• Immediate access to your workspace upon account creation
• 24/7 system availability (99.9% uptime SLA)
• Technical support during business hours (8 AM - 6 PM EAT)
• Regular updates and security patches included

4. Data & Privacy

• Your business data is encrypted and stored securely
• We do not share your data with third parties
• You retain full ownership of your data
• Data backup performed daily; retention period: 30 days
• GDPR and data protection compliance maintained

5. Usage Limits

• Each plan has specific limits (users, products, branches)
• Exceeding limits requires plan upgrade
• Fair use policy applies to API requests and storage

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• SaaS: Cancel anytime; no refunds for partial months
• One-Time License: Non-refundable after trial period
• Trial cancellation: Full refund if cancelled within 14 days
• Data export available for 30 days after cancellation

7. Support & Maintenance

• Email support: support@stockpulse.com
• Response time: 24-48 hours for standard inquiries
• Priority support available for Enterprise plans
• Annual maintenance covers updates, patches, and support

8. Liability

• StockPulse is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for business losses due to system downtime
• Maximum liability limited to fees paid in last 12 months

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice via email.
