StockPulse provides POS software and related tools like inventory, sales, and reporting. Available features depend on your selected plan.

Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate signup information and keep your account details updated.

  • You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
  • Report suspected unauthorized access as soon as possible.
  • Each user account should be used only by the assigned individual.

Acceptable Use

You may not use StockPulse for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

  • Do not try to bypass security or access data you are not allowed to access.
  • Do not intentionally disrupt system operations.
  • Use the system in compliance with applicable laws.

SaaS Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed based on your selected cycle (monthly or yearly).

  • Charges are in your selected currency and may include taxes where required.
  • Late or failed payments may result in restricted or suspended access.
  • Upgrades or downgrades may change pricing and limits.

One-Time License and Maintenance

A one-time license gives access to the licensed version you purchased.

  • Updates, patches, and support require active annual maintenance.
  • Maintenance terms and rates are provided during purchase.

Your organization owns the business data you enter into StockPulse.

  • StockPulse processes data only to deliver, secure, and support the service.
  • Data is handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Availability, Support, and Changes

We aim to keep the service reliable and continuously improve the product.

  • Maintenance, fixes, and improvements may be performed from time to time.
  • Support response times may vary by plan and issue type.

Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for serious violations, non-payment, or legal reasons.

  • Where possible, notice is provided before suspension.
  • Data export windows after termination may apply based on policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, StockPulse is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or interruption) resulting from misuse, third-party failures, or events outside reasonable control.
